When our mums win we win! Healthy Mummy of FIVE Hannah Grace Fazldeen has overcome her physical and mental health concerns to feel better, look better and lose almost 30kgs.

Our community went crazy for Hannah’s transformation and really who wouldn’t she looks amazing. Read more of her weight loss journey below.

Overcoming health concerns to transform her body and mind

“On the left 102kgs, severely depressed! Stuck in a rut! Wearing nothing but daggy clothes. Not wanting to leave the house! Too tired to even play with my 5 children. Suffering from health problems. Low iron and thyroid issues even losing my hair.”
