Imagine having meals already made for the entire month…and at $3.75 per serve!
Well, you can stop imagining because 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Elyce has made 80 meals for $3.75 per serve to last her and her family one month.
“This is probably one of my biggest meal preps yet! I started my day in the kitchen at 9am and finished at 6pm and have a total of 80 meals to show for it,” she says.
Elyce is a busy mum to three kids, who all suffer from autism, and her week is jam packed with therapies, so spending one day in the kitchen every fortnight helps her to stay on track.

Elyce says she meal preps to help keep herself on weight loss track, “If I don’t have food there to quickly pop into the microwave I find myself just snacking and usually not on the best things.”
With a full deep freezer and fridge, Elyce thinks her effort is definitely worth the 9 hours in the kitchen and her partner approves of each and every dish!
