- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts roughly chopped
Ingredients

- Blitz oats, oil, maple syrup, peanut butter and cacao until well combined.
- Fold hazelnuts through the mixture and press into a pan or silicon moulds
- Pop in the fridge or freezer to set then slice into 9 pieces
- Can be kept in fridge or freezer
