At just 61 calories each, these DELICIOUS Air Fried Biscoff Donut Balls from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge  are incredibly quick and easy to make. They take just 5 minutes to prep and 5 minutes to cook in your air fryer. No air fryer? No problem – just pop them in a pre heated oven for 5-8  minutes.

This recipe calls for Monk Fruit Sugar, but you could use another sweetener you prefer or already have in the pantry.

  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Monk Fruit Sugar
  • 4 tsp biscoff spread plus 1 tsp extra for serving
  • 1 free range egg

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the flour, yoghurt, baking powder, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl until you form a dough.
  3. On a cutting board place a small amount of flour so your dough doesn’t stick, when you have rolled your dough into a round ball shape cut it into 8 pieces.
  4. With each piece flatten it out with your fingers and place 1/2 teaspoon of biscoff spread on the middle, the create a ball/donut by covering the biscoff spread with the outside of the dough. (We don’t want the biscoff to leak while cooking so make sure it’s all well confined. )
  5. Once 8 balls are filled, egg wash the top only and place in the air fryer to cook for 5 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve with some melted biscoff spread drizzled over the top.
