- 5 teaspoons chia seeds
- 50 mls reduced fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cacao/cocoa powder
Ingredients

- Mix together coconut milk, water, vanilla, honey and cocoa until well combined.
- Add chia seeds and cherries and combine well.
- Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.
