  • 5 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 50 mls reduced fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cacao/cocoa powder

Instructions
  1. Mix together coconut milk, water, vanilla, honey and cocoa until well combined.
  2. Add chia seeds and cherries and combine well.
  3. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.
