Kid Approved Choc Mint Pops For Summer

The weather is still pretty hot right now and these choc mint pops are super easy to make, very tasty and really low in calories. Perfect combo!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 drops green food colouring optional
  • 40 gms dark chocolate

Instructions
  1. Blend everything together except for the dark chocolate and pour into iceblock moulds.
  2. Pop in the freezer to set (overnight is best)
  3. Once frozen, melt chocolate using your preferred method and drizzle over pops.
  4. Place back in freezer to set completely.
Recipe Notes

Makes 6 serves at 65 calories per pop.

Without the chocolate drizzle they are 39 calories each.
