Loren says ‘I made up a different version tonight that was delish!’
They look fantastic Loren, and at just 140 calories, these little bites will make a perfect post-dinner snack when chocolate cravings hit. That’s right, even when you’re losing weight on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge you’ll be having a treat after dinner!
Servings | mini bites |
- 130 grams dark chocolate melted
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 shredded coconut toasted
Ingredients

- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together, then add to remaining ingredients.
- Divide mixture between 14 silicon mini muffin trays and freeze til set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
