4 ingredient cinnamon pastry sticks

Here’s a quick and easy sweet snack that takes no time at all to prepare.

Just four ingredients is all you need, and you can even get the kids to help with these.

  • 1 sheet puff pasty thawed
  • 1 egg whisked (note - you will only use about 1/3 of the egg)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 sheet puff pasty thawed
  • 1 egg whisked (note - you will only use about 1/3 of the egg)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
4 ingredient cinnamon pastry sticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine cinnamon and sugar then set aside.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut pasty into 10 strips and place on baking tray leaving a small space between each strip.
  4. Brush egg wash over pastry strips, and then sprinkle with coconut sugar.
  5. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden, then cool on a wire rack.
