- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cacao can use 2 if you would like it a little more bitter
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- Cover tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Beat egg whites until they form firm peaks (2-3 minutes with electric beater).
- Fold in coconut, maple syrup, vanilla, cacao and chocolate chips.
- Once combined, place tablespoons of mixture onto lined tray and place into oven for 15 minutes (time may vary between ovens).
- Allow to cool on wire rack then enjoy.
