  • 4 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mini dark choc chips
Top
  • 50 grams dark cooking chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mini dark choc chips
Top
  • 50 grams dark cooking chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
Base
  1. Whisk coconut oil and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Spoon into 12 silicon moulds, sprinkling chocolate chips into each one.
  3. Place in freezer for 15 minutes until set.
Top
  1. Melt cooking chocolate and coconut oil together, mixing well.
  2. Spoon chocolate on top of peanut butter fudge.
  3. Return to freezer for 10 minutes until set.
  4. Remove from tray.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
