  • 2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp decoration sprinkles

Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Make 3 holes in mix, 2 smaller and 1 larger put vanilla and vinegar in smaller holes and oil in larger.
  3. Pour the water over the top and mix all together well making sure to mix all the flour mixture in.
  4. Spoon small spoonfuls of mix into lightly sprayed doughnut maker and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve as you like them - with a drizzle of choc, natural sprinkles, a dusting of cinnamon, or just eat them plain!
  6. These can also be baked in the oven, using a doughnut tray bake at 160 C for about 10 - 12 minutes, keep a close eye on them in the oven.
