  • 2 cups wholemeal flour (plain)
  • 1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder can substitute for extra cocoa
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup rice puffs

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the rice puffs in bowl
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Fold through rice puffs
  4. Pour mix into baking tray and bake in pre heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool in the tray before slicing into 12 pieces.
  6. Store in the fridge.
