- 1/4 cup unsalted cashews
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut plus 1for rolling
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients

- Roll into balls, roll in coconut and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
