Cafe style breakfast at home : The Mexican Wrap

Ingredients
  • 1 small wholemeal wrap
  • 2 small eggs
  • ¼ avocado mashed
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tbsp tasty shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Mexican spice
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 small wholemeal wrap
  • 2 small eggs
  • ¼ avocado mashed
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tbsp tasty shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Mexican spice
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp milk
Mexican Wrap
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs together with milk and Mexican spice and garlic
  2. Scramble egg in frypan
  3. Take your wrap and spread with avocado, layer scrambled egg over the top
  4. Top egg with tomato, cheese, yoghurt, sprinkle a little more Mexican spice on the yoghurt (extra spice is optional)
  5. Wrap and enjoy!
