Cafe style breakfast at home : The Mexican Wrap
Bring the ‘trendy cafe style breakfast’ home by whipping up this delicious and healthy Mexican Wrap. Ideal for a weekend breakfast or a busy breakfast-for-dinner weeknight. They’re quick, easy and highly nutritious – A perfect addition to your healthy eating plan.

- 1 small wholemeal wrap
- 2 small eggs
- ¼ avocado mashed
- ½ tomato
- 1 tbsp tasty shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp Mexican spice
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp milk
- Whisk eggs together with milk and Mexican spice and garlic
- Scramble egg in frypan
- Take your wrap and spread with avocado, layer scrambled egg over the top
- Top egg with tomato, cheese, yoghurt, sprinkle a little more Mexican spice on the yoghurt (extra spice is optional)
- Wrap and enjoy!
