The recipe is really easy to prepare and requires no baking! Just mix all the main ingredients together, chill and top with dark melted chocolate and festive fruit and nuts.

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup fruit and nut mix
  • 1/2 cup light condensed milk
Topping
  • 1/2 cup fruit and nut mix
  • 200 gram melted dark chocolate

  • 8 weetbix
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
  1. Place all the ‘slice’ ingredients into the food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Place mixture into a baking tray and press mixture firmly down.
  3. Place baking tray in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate over the stove.
  5. Remove slice from the fridge and layer with melted chocolate and fruit and nut mix.
  6. Return the slice to the fridge for one hour to set before slicing and serving with a hot knife.
