- 250 ml light milk
- 1 serve Healthy Mummy Chocolate Smoothie Mix
- 1 tbs desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs cacao
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 unit crushed Weetbix
- 1 handful ice
