  • 1 cup peanut butter of choice
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw buckwheat
  • 20 g dark chocolate

Instructions
  1. Mix together peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and buckwheat until well combined.
  2. Pour into small silicone moulds, paper patty cases or you can pour it into a tin and cut it once set.
  3. Place in fridge/freezer to set.
  4. While setting, melt chocolate using your preferred method.
  5. Remove moulds etc from fridge/freezer and drizzle chocolate over the top.
  6. Place back in fridge or freezer to set then enjoy!
