  • 1 apple peeled and cored
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp mixed spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 tbsp cashews
