Pre Party Apple Cinnamon Cashew Smoothie
Here’s a great smoothie to enjoy over the festive season, and it’s ideal to have just before heading out to a party.

Ingredients
- 1 apple peeled and cored
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 tsp mixed spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp cashews
