Quick And Easy Raspberry Coconut Cups

Base
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup shredded coconut or use desiccated
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
Chocolate drizzle
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions
Base
  1. Blitz all base ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Press into silicon moulds or baking tray and pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
Chocolate drizzle
  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and then drizzle over raspberry bites and pop back in the fridge or freezer to set then enjoy.
  2. Can be kept in fridge or freezer.
