Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/3 cup 100% peanut butter

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan or tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla until well combined.
- Add oats and pepitas and mix again until well combined.
- Press firmly into prepared pan and pop in the freezer to set.
- Can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
