It’s so quick and easy to whip up and leave overnight to set so you’ll have this lovely dessert or snack on hand in the fridge. You can change the flavour of the jelly and play around with different toppings to suit your tastes. At just 48 calories each we won’t judge you if you have two!

- packet Aeroplane Jelly Crystals Reduced Sugar Rasberry (85g)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
Ingredients

- Empty contents of jelly sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
- Allow jelly to cool.
- Pour greek yoghurt into a large bowl and add the cooled jelly.
- Whisk together using a whisk or a fork until well combined and smooth.
- Pour into 6 silicone muffin moulds or individual cups.
- Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve as is, or top with fresh fruit.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
