  • 100 g dark chocolate 70% cacao
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup can use honey for a sweeter taste
  • 1/4 cup self raising flour

Super Quick and Easy Chocolate Brownies
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Line 20cm x 20cm pan with baking paper and set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate using your preferred method and set aside.
  4. Combine eggs and honey and mix well.
  5. Add chocolate and mix well.
  6. Stir in the flour and mix until well combined.
  7. Pour into pan and cook for 14 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Cooking times may vary between ovens
