- 1/3 cup rolled oats 33.3 grams
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds 8 grams
- 5 grams The Healthy Mummy Superfood Sprinkles
- 1/4 apple, grated 25 grams
- 1 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt 20 grams

- Place oats and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil, then simmer for a few minutes until soft.
- Place serve into a bowl
