  • 1 tbsp HM Chocolate smoothie powder 12.5g
  • 1 tsp cacao/cocoa 4g
  • 1 cup reduced fat milk 250ml
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract 1.25ml
  • 1 tsp honey 5ml
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon 0.125g

Instructions
  1. Add Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix and cacao/cocoa to a saucepan with the milk. Stir over a low heat until warmed through.
  2. Stir in vanilla and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
