Mum Sara Wann says her three favourite things about Tabata are:

2. I can do it with my kids around.

“I can put my porridge on in the morning and get a Tabata workout in while it cooks and I can fit it in at any other time of the day too and I can feel it working just in that 4 minutes.”

Sara joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge last year after the birth of her third daughter and has lost around 10kgs!

Sara says, “I was breastfeeding and eating whatever, whenever I could and then I saw this photo of me at my husband’s birthday and knew I needed to do something. I looked at several other programs but didn’t find one that I was comfortable that it was actually breastfeeding friendly until I saw The Healthy Mummy.”

“I started straight away, with my whole family. We all eat the same meals and they love trying new things now. I have Smoothies one or two times a day, love my Super Greens and my girls love their Kids Smoothies too.”

Though she’s lost 10kgs already, her goal is to really pump it up using the Tabata workouts and lose another five by summer.
