Sophie Roberts
Sophie has been on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge for a whole year now and has lost 23 kilos.
Sophie shares, “I don’t think I ever thought that in a years time I would be at my goal weight!
“At every point, I just focused on the next kilo, the next mini-goal, and just kept chipping away.”

Sophie said her journey has been slow and steady because consistency is the key.

Sophie’s tips
- Use The Healthy Mummy meal planner and calorie counter
- Eat a range of sweet and savoury foods, and I NEVER skip dessert!
- Exercise 2-3 times a week, mixing it up between walking/running, exercise videos, PT sessions, tabata/HIIT, and weights
- Drink 2-3 litres of water every day

Shantell Stevens
Shantell is proud that she has said goodbye to 10 kilos forever thanks to The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

“I would simply say to new mums wanting to jump on board the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge that being a mum of 7 and having carried a lot of weight for a few years myself, there will be obstacles, there will be doubters, you will make mistakes and have bad days. “But that is totally OK!, we all have them and tomorrow is a brand new day to start again and get back on track!”

Nikki Myles
Nikki has lost 17 kilos in just 4.5 months thanks to The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Nikki shares, “There where times the scale would drop a lot and other times when it did not change at all.”
Nikki’s tips
“The last three weeks the scales have only dropped a few grams but my measurements are going down half a cm or more each week.“Photo’s and measurements are so important because the scales don’t show the progress of muscle replacing the fats.“It is not just a body change but a mental change. I am happier to be snapped in photo’s and feeling less self-conscious.“I am loving the new outlook I have”

Stacey Webb
Stacy is proud to share she has gone from 86 kilos down to 72 kilos and from a size 14/16 to a size 12, thanks to The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Stacey shares, “I am happy with my current weight and body. It’s not about losing weight for me but being healthy, fit and strong.”

Tamara Deborah
Tamara says her baby recently turned one so that means she is officially 12 months postpartum with her second baby.
Tamara is excited that she has officially hit her pre-baby weight.

The photo above shows Tamara at four weeks postpartum, compared to 12 months postpartum. She has gone from 109 kilos to 88 kilos and says she is “Feeling fan-freaking-tastic!”
