Eleanor says snacks are very welcome in her busy household!

“We are a family of six – two adults and four children – so snacks don’t last very long in our household, so we can never have enough of them,” she says.

“I always want to make sure we’ve got plenty of healthy snacks on hand, for lunch boxes or when we’re feeling peckish. At least with these healthy recipes I know exactly what’s in them.”

What’s more, Eleanor says she saves money by making her snacks – as opposed to buying them from the supermarket.

“…they’re cheaper than regular chocolate bars!”
