1.Reassess your goals
Okay ladies, it may be time to rethink your goals. Ask yourself are my goals SMART? That is are your goals specific, measurable and attainable? Not to mention relevant and time-bound?

2.Know your BMR
It’s really, really important to know your BMR ladies.
If you’re trying to lose weight, you want to make sure it’s it in a healthy and sustainable way, like the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge plan. Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the number of calories you’d burn if you stayed in bed all day.
