1.Reassess your goals

Okay ladies, it may be time to rethink your goals. Ask yourself are my goals SMART? That is are your goals specific, measurable and attainable? Not to mention relevant and time-bound?

Setting SMART goals are CRUCIAL to success – especially when it comes to weight loss. You can read more about SMART goals and how to set them HERE.

2.Know your BMR

It’s really, really important to know your BMR ladies.

If you’re trying to lose weight, you want to make sure it’s it in a healthy and sustainable way, like the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge plan. Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the number of calories you’d burn if you stayed in bed all day.

The thing is, as your weight changes so does your BMR!

Our BMR can help us work out how much we can eat and STILL lose weight. Our BMR also lets us know how much you must eat to stay healthy. You should never eat BELOW your BMR calories, as this can send your body into energy-conserving starvation mode.
