This decadent-looking recipe was sent in by 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Cassie. It makes enough for two, at 160 calories per serve.

Cassie says ‘Not only is this one delicious and super healthy but it’s packed full of natural protein! It’s also gluten free.’


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 square of dark chocolate (at least 70%)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut


  1. Cut banana in half lengthways and place one half into each bowl.
  2. Spread peanut banana along each slice of banana.
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate over the banana and sprinkle with coconut to serve.
