Melanie Arnold Stem has lost an incredible 62 kilos through the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!
The beautiful mum-of-one recently took part in a photoshoot for The Healthy Mummy’s latest magazine and she looks incredible!

Gorgeous Melanie Arnold-Stem loses 62kg through The Healthy Mummy
Melanie began her Healthy Mummy journey in November 2015, after finding the Private Support group. She’d tried to lose weight before, but it wasn’t shifting very quickly.
“I had lost 8kg prior to finding THM, and it was very slow,” she admits.
“I did not do any exercise for the first year, and even now I do not have a set exercise routine, but I make sure I stay as active as possible and find things that I love doing!”
In fact, Melanie says she’s a HUGE foodie and she loves the recipes on The Healthy Mummy app.
“I am a lover of good food, and cooking good food – which is why I completely LOVE being a Challenge Member,” she says.
“This love for food has now even rubbed off onto my daughter, she loves it!”
Now, Melanie has a new goal – to have an overall loss of 50% of my largest body weight, which was 135kgs.
“I have also been extremely lucky to learn ‘me’ again over the past 5.5 years,” she adds.
“I now feel empowered, have gained confidence, and a lot of that has been due to being part of The Healthy Mummy community, including the motivating and support teams.
“I am incredibly blessed to have been chosen for media and photoshoots, which still blows my mind!”
Mel’s weight loss journey began the day after she and her husband split up with The Healthy Mummy online recipes and email content in November 2015 and then joined the Challenge in December 2016.
“After gaining 65kg, following “success” on another program, I knew I needed to find something sustainable,” she says.
“I was sceptical that something like that even existed until I found The Healthy Mummy and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. Since I joined I have never looked back.”
