Here at The Healthy Mummy, we love to celebrate the epic achievements of our amazing mums. These mums who have embarked on The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge have not only lost weight but are feeling strong and healthy!
These mum’s transformations are an inspiration
Kylie Martin has lost 24 kg
Kylie says, “The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is the reason I have lost 24kg. I have gone from 80kg to 56kg and a size 16 to size 6.”
Kylie says that she is mentally stronger than she has ever been. “My goal is not skinny it’s to be strong and healthy!”
“What I have gained from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is worth so much more to me than weight loss nutritional education for my whole family and self-love and mental strength.”
Meagan Joy has lost 14 kgs
She says, “At my heaviest of 85kg and 10 months after having my daughter, I felt horrid and uncomfortable.
“Now and after having two kids, working on myself for a little over a year now and feeling absolutely amazing in my skin.”
Meagan says she is down to 71kg and has lost so many centimetres. She has gone from a size 14-16 to a size 10 with The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
“I now feel great about choosing what to wear for the day. I can even buy online without trying on. I’ve never been able to do that.”

Danielle Testro has lost 14 kg
Danielle says, “I’ve never done one of these, though I thought It’s time to give back some inspiration, as all you lovely ladies have done before me.
I have really enjoyed my journey so far, smashed this month’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, ready to smash it out again next month’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
My journey, like many others, over the past year and a half, has been all over the place at times, many setbacks and triumphs. Though results kept showing, little by little. From 100kg to 85.8kg, with over 120cm gone from all over.
I’ve gained so much confidence, self-love and regained a sense of love for life again.
All thanks to The Healthy Mummy and the community of women that make this journey so rewarding, seeing amazing transformations, awesome results & great success, is absolutely uplifting & inspiring. To see women helping women.

11kgs lost since July. This is my third 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and this month will be my time to shine!

Emily Butler has lost 10 kgs
Emily says, “10kgs lost another 10kgs to lose but love what The Healthy Mummy has taught me and I’m more confident than before and setting goals for myself.
After I saw a photo of myself at a wedding this year in April, I knew I wanted to better myself for the future. I was unhappy and definitely unhealthy. I want to start a family in the future but on healthy terms and to be a great role model.
I’ve lost 10kgs with help of The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, I’ve learned so much and the support is amazing. I did my first skydive in New Zealand at 15,000 feet this year and I wouldn’t have probably been able to it if I didn’t get those kgs.
Being more confident helped a lot. My next goal is to lose another 10kgs and skydive again in New Zealand next year at 19,000 feet.”
Anna Smith has lost 15 kgs
Anna says, “I have gone from 106.7- 91.9 and a size 20-22 to a 16.
I watched The Healthy Mummy Facebook group for a while and I loved seeing everyone’s results. I was so scared to join though due to not wanting to fail and having health issues, I didn’t know if it would work for me.
I was born with congenital heart disease. I had a hole in my heart and a stenosis of the aorta and had surgeries to correct those issues as a baby and child. 8 years ago I needed open heart surgery again as I needed a new aortic valve, so I had surgery and due to a lot of complications during surgery, I ended up with a pacemaker which I’m fully dependent on.
The doctors fought to keep me alive and get me back to my then 9-month-old and 3-year-old I’m forever grateful to them.
At the start of 2018 at an appointment, I was told my pacemaker is due to be replaced within the next 12-18 months. Well 6 months ago in the middle of the night I had been crying and feeling so crappy with myself and the way I had put on weight. I was scared to turn up to surgery at the weight I was, something needed to change and that night I bit the bullet and pressed the pay now button and that was the best decision of my life.
The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has given me my life back. I feel more energetic, confident and happy. It’s so easy to follow the recipes are amazing and easy and the exercises are great. There are so many to choose from and I can choose exercises that I know I can do that won’t put my pacemaker into a spin or my heart, but still make me feel like I have worked out and make me feel amazing
I cannot recommend The Healthy Mummy enough to people. It has changed my life for the better.”
