- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons dark choc chips

- Spoon into moulds, patty cases or into a pan lined with baking paper.
- Pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
