  • 400 grams white fish fillet of choice
  • 2 wholemeal tortillas
  • cooking oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning salt reduced
  • 2 cups shredded mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise or light sour cream

  • 400 grams white fish fillet of choice
  • 2 wholemeal tortillas
  • cooking oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning salt reduced
  • 2 cups shredded mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise or light sour cream

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Lightly pan fry or steam fish until cooked through. Cut into pieces.
  3. While fish is cooking, spray tortilla with cooking oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and break into bite size pieces.
  4. In a serving bowl arrange tortilla pieces, cooked fish, lettuce, avocado, tomato and mayonnaise to serve.
