- 400 grams white fish fillet of choice
- 2 wholemeal tortillas
- cooking oil spray
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning salt reduced
- 2 cups shredded mixed lettuce leaves
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1 tomato diced
- 2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise or light sour cream
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Lightly pan fry or steam fish until cooked through. Cut into pieces.
- While fish is cooking, spray tortilla with cooking oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and break into bite size pieces.
- In a serving bowl arrange tortilla pieces, cooked fish, lettuce, avocado, tomato and mayonnaise to serve.
