  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line tray with baking paper and set aside.
  3. Combine oats, flour and coconut in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Combine coconut oil, water and honey and mix until well combined.
  5. Add both mixtures together and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Form into cookie shapes and place on baking tray.
  7. Place in the oven and cook for approx. 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
