  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup coconut desiccated or shredded

Instructions
  1. Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blitz all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Press into small silicon moulds or in a small tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Place in the freezer to set.
  5. Once frozen, pop out of moulds or if using a tray, remove and cut into 10 pieces
  6. Store in the freezer and eat from frozen.
