- 1 tbsp unsalted peanuts
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Ingredients

- Finely chop peanuts and cranberries and set aside.
- Combine coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup until well combined.
- Add peanuts, cranberries and coconut and stir to combine.
- Spoon into 6 mini silicone moulds then place in the fridge to set
- Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
