5 ingredient coconut chocolate and cranberry disks

What is it about the combination of fruit, nut and chocolate that is so irresistible? You’ll love being able to make this healthy sweet treat with just a few basic ingredients. It’s a much better option for your weight loss goals than a chocolate bar or other processed snack.

Using coconut oil is a great way to make your own chocolate treats as it solidifies when cooled, plus it fills you up with the good fat content.

  • 1 tbsp unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions
  1. Finely chop peanuts and cranberries and set aside.
  2. Combine coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Add peanuts, cranberries and coconut and stir to combine.
  4. Spoon into 6 mini silicone moulds then place in the fridge to set
  5. Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
