Decadent dark chocolate picnic cups

Just four simple ingredients and NO BAKING make this an ideal treat to prepare anytime.
- 130 grams dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup dates
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, drain and blend until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate and then add the dates, peanuts and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into 6 silicon muffin trays.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to set, then store in an airtight container.
