  • 130 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, drain and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate and then add the dates, peanuts and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into 6 silicon muffin trays.
  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set, then store in an airtight container.
