Fresh And Healthy Passionfruit Bliss Balls
If you love passionfruit then you’re going to LOVE these. At only 55 calories per ball, these will make the perfect go to snack when you’re following a healthy eating plan. The kids are sure to love them too!
- 1/3 quinoa flakes
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Passionfruits
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined. If you don’t have quinoa flakes, you can replace with more oats.
- You want the mix well combined and sticking together, may need a little water to bring the mix completely together.
- Roll into small sized balls
55 Calories per ball.
