Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Vanillla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 1/2 cup cooked apples
  • 150 ml milk
  • 5 ice cubes

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend for a couple of minutes until all combined.
