Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vanillla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp almond meal
- 1/2 cup cooked apples
- 150 ml milk
- 5 ice cubes

- Place all ingredients into blender and blend for a couple of minutes until all combined.
- Serve and enjoy
