Healthy Biscoff Dream Smoothie

Sweet spicy and taste with a lovely caramel flavour, this recipe has a couple of other ingredients that take it to the next level.

- Light milk of choice – Dairy, vegan, almond or rice milk all work well in this recipe.

- 1 cup light milk of choice
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 2 tsp biscoff spread
- 1 medjool date
- 30 grams Caramel or Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie

Ingredients

- Reserve 1 tsp of Biscoff spread to decorate your smoothie.
- Blitz all ingredients together until smoothie. Pour into a glass and set aside.
- Melt the remaining biscoff spread for short bursts in the microwave. Drizzle over the top of your smoothie and serve.
