Healthy Gingerbread Smoothie

This healthy Gingerbread Smoothie from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is loaded with classic gingerbread flavors. It’s a quick and easy breakfast, snack, or dessert for the festive season (or any other time of year!)

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup skim milk or reduced fat milk of choice

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  3. You can garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
