- 1 tbsp chilled coconut cream 20g
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1 frozen banana 90g
- 1 tsp cacao/cocoa powder 4g
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie powder 25g
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut 10g
Ingredients

- Whip the chilled coconut cream with a hand mixer until thick and creamy.
- Add the coconut water, frozen banana, cacao/cocoa and Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass.
- Top smoothie with whipped coconut cream and shredded coconut to serve.
