  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • 1 tbsp unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Caramel smoothie mix
  • 5 cubes ice

  1. Blend all ingredients together on high until well combined and frothy.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass or jar and enjoy!
