  • 1 banana small
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions
  1. Mash banana and set aside.
  2. Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and cacao.
  3. Mix well then pour over banana.
  4. Fold through oats and mix to combine.
  5. Roll into 10 balls or press into 10 mini muffin trays, then place in the freezer to set.
  6. Best kept stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
