Start your day with a spring in your step and a smile on your face with this ridiculously radiant rainbow smoothie.

Ingredients
Blueberry and Coconut layer
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 2 tbs shaved coconut
  • 100 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbs vanilla healthy mummy mix
  • ice
Spinach and Banana layer
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 100 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbs vanilla healthy mummy mix
Mango and Pineapple layer
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple (or frozen)
  • 1/2 cheek fresh mango (or frozen)
  • 50 ml milk of choice

Blueberry and Coconut layer
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 2 tbs shaved coconut
  • 100 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbs vanilla healthy mummy mix

Mango and Pineapple layer
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple (or frozen)
  • 1/2 cheek fresh mango (or frozen)
  • 50 ml milk of choice

Instructions
  1. Make each layer individually by putting in blender.
  2. Pour blueberry layer into a cup.
  3. Pour spinach layer over the back of a tablespoon in the center of the cup.
  4. Repeat with mango layer.
  5. Turn up the radio. Sip while you dance. Enjoy!
