  • 1/3 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp water

Instructions
  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor, and then roll into 6 balls.
  2. Place in the fridge to firm up.
  3. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
