  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tin light condensed milk
  • 125 grams butter
Extra Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar free marshmallows can use vegan if you prefer
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free gummi bears
Top Layer
  • 200 grams dark chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions
  1. Place the Weet-bix, desiccated coconut, cocoa or cacao powder, condensed milk and butter into the food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl and stir in the mini marshmallows and sugar-free gummy bears.
  3. Place mixture into a lined baking tray, press down firmly and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate over the stove and roughly chop the pistachios.
  5. Remove the slice from the fridge and layer with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios.
  6. Return to the fridge for one hour to set before slicing and serving with a hot knife.
