- 9 Weet Bix
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tin light condensed milk
- 125 grams butter
- 1 cup sugar free marshmallows can use vegan if you prefer
- 1/2 cup sugar-free gummi bears
- 200 grams dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

- Place the Weet-bix, desiccated coconut, cocoa or cacao powder, condensed milk and butter into the food processor and blend until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl and stir in the mini marshmallows and sugar-free gummy bears.
- Place mixture into a lined baking tray, press down firmly and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate over the stove and roughly chop the pistachios.
- Remove the slice from the fridge and layer with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios.
- Return to the fridge for one hour to set before slicing and serving with a hot knife.
