Do you remember having toffee as a kid? It would almost rip your teeth out and was LOADED with sugar! Well this version is sweet and yummy, but FREE from cane sugar, fructose and anything artificial.  It’s also full of healthy seeds and grains instead.

  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • 1 tbsp raw buckwheat

Instructions
  1. Gently heat rice malt syrup (this will only take a short time. Approx 10 seconds in the microwave, depending on your power level and slightly longer if on the stove)
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients and spoon into 8 mini cupcake patty cases.
  3. Pop in the freezer to set, overnight or a little longer works best.
  4. When they are ready to eat, slowly remove patty case then enjoy.
  5. Can be eaten straight from the freezer as the mixture will not freezer solid.
  6. Keep stored in the freezer.
