  • 1/3 cup pepitas
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Press into small silicone moulds (such as mini muffin trays) and place in the oven for around 8 minutes.
  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to cool completely before removing from moulds.
  5. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
