Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon cacao

Instructions
- Combine tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add coconut, oats and cacao and mix until well combined.
- Press a thin layer of mixture into the base of muffin moulds or shape into rounds and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Pop in fridge or freezer to set.
- Keep stored in fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
